Strathfield-Homebush District Historical Society 
I was saddened to learn Doreen Rich has passed away. She was an old friend of our family. I recall as a child staying in the Rich’s home on Homebush Road. From memory, it was a free-standing style of town-house on a large block, and had interesting charm and character. I last saw Mrs Rich at my uncle’s funeral (J Membrey) at St Anne’s Church and Strathfield Golf Club in 2007. My deepest condolences to her family.
