The Crossways hotel on Liverpool Road south Strathfield I remember being known as Whites Corner pub at least in the 1960,s. Can anyone confirm? Further along Liverpool Road East just past the the traffic lights was a newsagent with a mens barber located at the back. We had to walk through the newsagent to get to the barber. Can anyone remember this?

  Yes, this shopping centre was known locally as White’s Corner.
